... right on cue

... Spring has finally sprung in my part of the world and I am looking forward to the warmer weather and "not so cold" starts to my early morning days! Studio work has kept me busy while I put together the finishing touches on some new work. New style work includes luscious lightweight hollow beads, surfaced decorated and clustered together in colour themes - these pieces were delivery to The Collective Store in Wynnum ...

... where I am the featured artist this month - what an honor! Pop in and have a look around. I will be adding to my cabinet each week, so there will be something and interesting new to look at ~ the last of the "sale" items have been reshelved to make way for the new sping look pieces. Wynnum Up Late will be held on September 15th - if you've not enjoyed this night time event in the past, the now's the perfect time to pop down and experience it for yourself!

Last month I post off a stash of goodies for Lesley, my partner for the Bead Soup Blog Party. Lesley lives in the UK so i know the package would take a while to get to her.

I can finally reveal the contents as Lesley has now recieved her goodies. I'm keen to see what she creates with them.

We celebrate Father's Day this weekend - have a good one! Liz x

Thank you Liz, the beads are beautiful, I hope I can do them justice :) I also hope the vagaries of the postal system gets your package to you very very soon and that you like it when it does :) x
